Hilary is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University Rhode Island, where she obtained two degrees. A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a concentration in Fraud Examination. Hilary also has a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Hilary has an array of professional experience. Her experience includes 6 years in the banking industry; followed by 5 years in higher education working in the financial services division. Hilary worked a short period of time at a public accounting frim as an Audit Associate. For the last 7 years her work career has been with the state and federal government; she held the position of Revenue Officer and her most recent title prior to OHIA being Revenue Agent. Hilary joined OHIA in September 2022, she is presently working on operational audits, in the revenue cycle area.
