Dominique has over 10 years of experience in Audit. Prior to joining the Johns Hopkins office of Internal Audits, she served as an Internal Audit Manager at TriHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio, a $2B health system comprised of four hospitals in addition to two regional free-standing emergency medical centers, leading the day-to-day activities of the internal audit function, responsible for leading the annual risk assessment process, establishing the internal audit plan, overseeing the execution of individual audits and reporting on the function to Executive Leadership and the Compliance and Audit Committee of the TriHealth Board of Trustees. Prior to TriHealth, Dominique spent four years as Senior Internal Auditor at the University of Cincinnati where she led audits of university areas including sponsored research, housing, athletics, purchasing and student services.
Dominique earned her Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Athens.
Dominique volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and ProKids where she advocates in the best interest of abused and neglected children. Dominique is an avid cook, baker and gardener and enjoys hosting family, friends, and friends of friends in her home. She also enjoys antiquing, beekeeping, the performing arts and recreational motorsports.
